How it works

From model contract to your contract: every option and jurisdiction, recorded once.

01

Answer questions, receive a contract

A matter starts with a questionnaire in plain language. Every choice puts a clause on paper; whatever is still open stays visible as an open field.

The result leaves the platform as a Word or PDF file on your own letterhead, ready for a final review and a signature.

The model behind every questionnaire is, and remains, the work of a lawyer. The platform invents nothing: it asks the questions the firm has laid down and writes the clauses that go with them.

Several document types, one foundation

The convertible loan agreement above is one example. A fund or lender drafts far more, and every type runs through the same tree: the firm's model, the questions, your document.

every document type you draft often, the firm records once as a model; the wizard does the rest
