Every contract approved
before you draft it.
The firm records every variant of its model contract once. You draft, adjust and negotiate within the model, with no cutting and pasting and no AI. Only what falls outside the model still goes to the firm.
example: convertible loan agreement · export to Word and PDF on your own letterhead
Before.
The firm sends a model. From there you are on your own: adjusting a copy for each deal, working in negotiated points, sometimes pasted into ChatGPT. Every version slightly different. And when in doubt, back to the lawyer after all.
Now.
Every variant is already in the model. The contract takes shape as you answer. Adjusting is a different route through the same tree, not a new version in Word. Only what falls outside the model still goes to the firm.

six-question trial; the full wizard holds 41 questions and hundreds of variants
↳ This is a six-question trial. A real wizard is many times larger: one model contract holds dozens of questions and hundreds of variants, per situation and per jurisdiction. Every fork is a choice the firm has recorded.
